- The healthcare facility representative logs into the Sharjah Health Authority website
- Fill in the required data and upload the necessary documents
- Pay the prescribed fees

- Contract/Job offer
- Copy of the full-time professional license
- Medical malpractice insurance
- No objection letter from the sending healthcare facility
- Commitment letter from the healthcare professional with the license number
